Pennie’s Bloomers proudly serves North San Diego County, Temecula and South Orange County areas. We are a family owned and operated private floral design studio, Pennie is a certified floral designer who specializes in floral décor for events such as Weddings, Holidays, Business, Banquets & Sympathy. We deliver fresh gorgeous custom designs that are sensibly priced so that we can pass a great savings on to you. We always go the extra mile, surpassing your expectations, to make your floral arrangements perfect.

Studio hours

We are open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays & will receive phone calls on Sundays. We will make deliveries & do set ups for events such as weddings seven days a week including some holidays.

Our shop is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve Day and New Year’s Day.

Pennie’s Bloomers is unable to change or cancel any order already in process, in route, or delivered.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your floral arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose arrangement, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Information Collected

When making a payment with a credit card we use PayPal for Credit Card payment transactions and the fee PayPal charges will be added to the balance of the payment being made.
