She had so many examples to show me of what I thought I wanted and in the end came up with a great combination of what I wanted and her creativity. She helped me stay on budget and busted her tail to make sure I got what I want for the price I could afford. Pennie was also kind enough to allow me to use her mirrors for my centerpieces and her Shepherds hooks at no additional cost. Pennie arrived to my venue with plenty of time to setup and then stayed so she could rearrange things and reuse my ceremony flowers for the reception as well, which was a nice money saver. Pennie was excellent! I recently hired her to do my wedding ceremony and reception flowers in Temecula. Pennie was able to turn my elegant garden theme into a reality. She is very detail oriented, very knowledgeable about the types of flowers (how delicate they can be and also how to keep them fresh), cares about the quality of her work and works with your budget. I had hydrangeas in my arrangements and Pennie informed me they are quite fragile in the heat. She changed out flowers that could not take the Temecula heat (over 100 degrees) and replaced them with healthier looking flowers in between my reception and wedding ceremony. My wedding guests and I were very happy to take them home. I highly recommend Pennie's Bloomers!

Her ribbon twisty wrap on the bouquet handles was exquisitely done; she also made crystal bling for Amanda’s bridal bouquet to be saved as keepsakes. For my sister’s wedding; we (the bridesmaids) tried to make our own bouquets out of succulents and a few flowers, but they were falling apart and not working at all.
